I’ve been here a handful of times over the years hoping it would be better but each time has been a huge disappointment because of the environment, their service, and comments made by the staff. It reeks of acetone, there’s no ventilation system, the things for gel that you put your hands into feel grimy, dusty, and like you can feel previous people’s skin because of the lack of cleanliness. The lady doing my nails asked how old I was and if “mommy would pay for me,” which is simply inappropriate, then at the end of the service she was lingering by the front waiting for her tip. As someone in customer service I ALWAYS tip 20-25%, and I did that even in this instance, but it is unacceptable to pressure someone to leave one. My nails chipped in 2 days after they were done. The ONLY highlight here is Wendy and her dedication, it’s unfortunate she has staff that make customers feel uncomfortable and clearly not enough staff to clean the salon between shifts. Also, the prices are a bit lower here than most salons in the area.
